Submit a Warranty Claim

Create Homes strives to provide every customer with outstanding service. Please follow the steps below to submit warranty claims directly to the Front Line Warranty Service (it’s easy as 1-2-3).

  1. ​​Login to your Homeowner Portal.
  2. Review your 2-10 Home Warranty booklet for details on what is covered by the warranty.
  3. Select Service Requests to create your warranty service request. When you have created your complete list, click Submit to send your request for processing.

The rest is on us! A representative will review all claims and reach out to you directly to resolve any issues. Please remember that any drywall and paint issues will be addressed at the 11-month walk through.
